Final person to converse with Charlie Kirk acknowledges the dark irony in claiming the left is peaceful just moments before the assassination.

The last person to engage in a debate with Charlie Kirk before he was fatally shot at a Utah Valley University event acknowledged the dark irony of their argument in a video that surfaced on Thursday.

A student from UVU, known online as Hunter Stax, attended Kirk’s “Proof Me Wrong” event, apparently eager for an intellectual exchange regarding statistics related to a transgender mass shooting incident.

On Wednesday, Stax took to the microphone, questioning Kirk about a recent assertion concerning a transgender mass shooter just seconds before Kirk was shot in the neck with a .30-06 caliber rifle.

“Do you know how many transgender Americans have been mass shooters in the last decade?” Stax asked.

“Too many,” Kirk responded.

Stax countered with, “There are five.”

Then Kirk followed up with, “Are you including or excluding gang violence?” According to the grainy video, those were among the last words Kirk said before being shot.

In the video shared online, Stax reflected on their last exchange, suggesting that Kirk was attempting to make a point about the political left’s supposed non-violence right before he was brutally killed.

Initial law enforcement reports reveal the shooter’s motivations are still unclear. However, the rifle found near the scene reportedly had ammunition labeled with themes related to “transgender” and “anti-fascism.” A Justice Department source later noted that they couldn’t confirm specific details.

“People might say I’m cynical, but what I’m trying to illustrate is how peaceful the left was just before he was shot,” Stax mentioned in the clip. “It makes sense if we think about remaining peaceful.”

Updates on the shooting of conservative activist Charlie Kirk

Students at the university, who were eager for spirited debate, reacted to the shocking assassination, condemning those on the political left who they see as inciting violence against conservatives.

“Do you really think this is the answer? Seriously?” one student questioned in a video.

“I have openly disagreed with Charlie Kirk before, but he’s still a human being. How could we forget that? Are we losing our minds?” added another emotional onlooker.

“Charlie had a wife and two kids. I can’t help but relate—if my one-year-old boy were to grow up without knowing his father, that’s just a tragedy,” the father expressed, visibly distressed.

“Despite our differences, there was something important about what he was trying to say.”

Kirk’s body was transported by Air Force 2 from a church in Phoenix, where he lived with his wife, Erica Franzbe, and their young children.

As of now, the shooter remains at large.

The FBI has circulated photos of individuals connected to the case and is continuing the manhunt for the suspect.
