Colin Farrell Attends 2025 Emmy Awards with His Son Henry

Colin Farrell made an appearance at the 2025 Emmy Awards with his son Henry, who, well, doesn’t get out in the spotlight much. The actor, aged 49, and his 15-year-old son strolled the red carpet in Los Angeles ahead of the ceremony on a Sunday.

Farrell opted for a velvet tuxedo, while Henry sported a suit paired with a collared shirt and a sleek all-black tie. They posed for a photo together, looking quite serious as the cameras snapped away.

Inside the event, the “Penguin” star, who snagged 24 nominations this year, was seen introducing Henry to a friend from the industry. It’s sweet to see them share these moments.

Earlier, Farrell had brought Henry to the premiere of the HBO miniseries in New York City in September 2024. On that occasion, he wore a stylish black pinstriped suit with a white collared shirt, and again, Henry chose his all-black outfit to match.

Before the Emmy Awards, they were also spotted at the 2023 Academy Awards, where they eerily matched in classic tuxedos, looking like twins.

Farrell shares Henry with his “Ondeen” co-star Alicja Bacheda-Curuś. He also has a 22-year-old son named James with Kim Bordenabe. It’s worth noting that James has Angelman Syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that affects his development. Farrell has been open about the challenges, sharing that James experiences developmental issues with walking and speech, among other things.

In April, Farrell mentioned that he and Bordenabe had decided to place James in a long-term care facility. They wanted to ensure there was a plan for him if anything unexpected were to happen to them, which I can only imagine is a difficult decision to make.
