14-year-old Zuza Beine has passed away following her public fight with cancer.

A courageous 14-year-old girl named Zuza Bene has tragically passed away after battling cancer, as her heartbroken family shared on social media.

Zuza had garnered millions of followers on Instagram and TikTok. She died on Monday morning.

“She fought against relentless cancer for 11 of her 14 years, yet lived more fully and appreciatively than many people. She changed us forever, and it feels almost like she’s still here,” her family wrote alongside a photo showcasing her bright smile.

Zuza wanted nothing more than to be a healthy, ordinary child. But what truly enriched her life was her ability to confront the toughest challenges, like her illness.

Originating from Wisconsin, Zuza faced acute myeloid leukemia, a type of blood cancer linked to the bone marrow. Remarkably, she seemed to conquer cancer five times.

Her journey included over a decade of grueling treatments, with three bone marrow transplants and numerous rounds of chemotherapy.

Deciding to document her experience, she drew millions to her social media platforms, often sharing her struggles and pain.

Just days before her passing, she posted about having just returned from a two-day stay in the hospital and her worsened condition.

“Lately, my health hasn’t been the best, physically or mentally. I’ve been in substantial pain. It hurts so much that I’m relying on pain medications constantly,” she noted.

Her family mentioned that her final post captured her spirit perfectly, where she expressed gratitude.

“Being diagnosed with cancer has made me deeply appreciate the small things that many people often overlook,” she wrote.
