A grease truck driver, Perry Torre, aged 69, is taking legal action against former Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez, claiming he suffers from lasting injuries due to alleged attacks during an incident in Indianapolis. Torre has filed a lawsuit for both punitive and compensatory damages against Sanchez, who is 38, and his employer, Fox Sports, following a confrontation that occurred around 12:30 AM on Saturday.
The lawsuit states that Sanchez, described as “intoxicated,” instigated an argument with Torre, who was parked in an alley loading bay to collect grease from local businesses. This was ahead of a game between the Colts and the Raiders.
Torre claims he sustained severe injuries to his head, chin, and neck during the ensuing altercation. According to reports, Sanchez allegedly turned Torre’s own knife against him, resulting in a stab wound to Torre’s cheek and a cut to his tongue.
