Cara Delevingne lists her NYC penthouse for $11 million

You could be the next proud owner of a unique penthouse.

The Gramercy Park East penthouse that British model and actress Cara Delevingne bought from Jimmy Fallon for $10.8 million in 2022 is back on the market, listed at $11 million.

The property still looks much the same as when the Fallons moved out three years ago, complete with its distinctive antler chandelier.

This spacious triplex, believed to be the oldest surviving co-op in the city—predating even the famous Dakota—was originally purchased by Fallon in 2002 as a one-bedroom home for $850,000. Over more than a decade, he expanded by combining several additional co-op apartments.

The quirky 5,000-square-foot residence boasts unique features like a saloon, secret passageways, and a custom staircase, all crafted during Fallon’s ownership. The listing was recently reported by R New York’s Stephanie Barkin.

Initially, Fallon and his wife, Nancy Juvonen, a film producer, placed their distinctive home on the market for $15 million in 2021. Delevingne soon bought it for $4.2 million less than that, which was quite a deal.

After leaving their Tony Gramercy Park address for reasons unknown, Fallon continues his role on “The Tonight Show,” which is now secured through 2028, according to a substantial contract. He won’t be leaving New York City any time soon.

Delevingne’s current housing situation in the city is somewhat ambiguous. It was reported that she spent more time in New York last year after a fire destroyed her $7 million Studio City home, resulting in significant losses.

Photographs of the listing reveal that the home remains largely unchanged since Fallon’s era. The aqua sofa and vintage floral wallpaper still adorn the living room, while the rustic media area retains its antler light fixtures and plaid walls.

The seventh-floor layout features an entryway leading to a living room and eat-in kitchen with views of Gramercy Park, alongside three bedrooms and a laundry room.

The second floor showcases a striking saloon room, a vintage bar with stained glass, and a living area characterized by rustic wood paneling and a gas fireplace. Completing the triplex, a ninth-floor primary suite offers a skylight and gas fireplace. In total, the residence includes six bedrooms.

Located in a Queen Anne-style building, this residence provides access to a key for Gramercy Park, a private oasis enjoyed by only a select few New Yorkers.
