Bank of America recommends a few steps for those facing login issues. Firstly, try changing your password; if it has expired, you’ll need a new one following their security standards. Passwords must be at least 8 characters, containing one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.

It’s also advisable to double-check that the correct user ID is being used so that you might need to input it manually. If saved passwords have expired, users should consider deleting them and attempting to log in again. However, since the situation seems to stem from the bank’s end, these solutions may not resolve the primary issues.
