Tonight wraps up Week 10 of the 2025 NFL season with an important NFC clash between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Green Bay Packers. The Packers are 1.5-point favorites at home, with a total points line set at 45.5. The Eagles, after a break last week, are eager to get back on track, while the Packers aim to keep their lead in the tight NFC North division.
Here are some top DFS picks for the game.
Josh Jacobs, RB, Green Bay Packers (FLEX $12,600, CPT $18,900)
Jacobs has been a standout player in DFS this season, averaging 18.2 fantasy points per game. His success is largely due to his knack for finding the end zone, as he has scored 10 touchdowns, placing him second in the league behind Jonathan Taylor. He’s also been consistently involved in the passing game, receiving at least four targets in four different games, solidifying his role in the Packers’ offense.
In tonight’s matchup, he faces an Eagles defense that has struggled against the run. Opposing running backs have averaged 21.3 fantasy points per game against them, ranking Philadelphia 24th in rush defense DVOA. It wouldn’t be shocking if Jacobs finds the end zone multiple times tonight, which makes him a very worthy captain selection.
AJ Brown, WR, Philadelphia Eagles (FLEX $10,600, CPT $15,900)
After missing Week 8 with a hamstring injury, AJ Brown has had ample time to recover. Concerns early in the season about his role in the passing game seem to have lessened as he heated up prior to his injury, notably throwing for 121 yards and two touchdowns against the Vikings in Week 7.
Brown has averaged 8.3 targets per game over the past six weeks, and Jalen Hurts is likely to prioritize him in this primetime game. Even without a touchdown, coaches who picked him as their captain should feel content with his potential.
Dallas Goedert, TE, Philadelphia Eagles (FLEX $8,400, CPT $12,600)
Goedert comes into this game as the leading tight end with seven touchdowns, which is impressive, although he ranks lower in receiving yards. He’s been particularly effective in the red zone, catching all seven targets for 39 yards, with six of his touchdowns coming from within 20 yards.
If the Eagles get near the end zone, Goedert is a reliable option, and his scoring ability makes him a strong candidate for a captain spot tonight.
Luke Musgrave, TE, Green Bay Packers (FLEX $5,200, CPT $7,800)
The Packers faced a tough loss last week when tight end Tucker Craft suffered an ACL tear. Musgrave stepped up with a season-high three receptions for 34 yards in that game. As the Packers’ starting tight end now, he may not reach Craft’s previous output but should still get enough opportunities to be a valuable flex choice.
Tank Bigsby, RB, Philadelphia Eagles (FLEX $4,600, CPT $6,900)
Bigsby broke out with a strong performance against the Giants two weeks ago, rushing for 104 yards on just nine carries. This came after he transitioned from Jacksonville to Philadelphia earlier this year. It wouldn’t be surprising if he continued to impress; managing Saquon Barkley’s workload effectively in the second half of the season could allow Bigsby to solidify his place as a solid backup.
Emmanuel Wilson, RB, Green Bay Packers (FLEX $3,600, CPT $5,400)
Wilson has proven to be a reliable backup to Jacobs, showcasing his abilities with a solid performance against the Steelers, where he rushed for 61 yards and added another 26 through the air. Given the Eagles’ struggles against the run, the third-year player could put up decent numbers tonight.
