Aaron Rodgers Lists Wisconsin Property for Sale
Aaron Rodgers is stepping away from his Wisconsin roots by placing his Oneida property on the market for $3.7 million. This move clearly signals a shift from the state where he spent his career with the Green Bay Packers, as reported.
This change comes nearly two years after the quarterback transitioned from the Packers to the New York Jets and shortly after he moved to Pittsburgh to join the Steelers.
Rodgers acquired this 10,500-square-foot home in 2015 and held onto it even after moving on to different teams. It seems, though, that the time has come to part ways with his long-held residence, indicated by the empty state of the house in the listing photos.
The property, spanning 5.3 acres, features four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Built in 2003, the home boasts a library, a chef’s kitchen equipped with commercial-grade appliances, along with a walk-in pantry and a butler’s pantry, all set on hickory flooring.
Its recreational area includes a billiards room, theater, gym complete with steam showers, and a wine room. Outside, the property offers lighted tennis and pickleball courts, a fire pit, and a lovely patio.
Located about 20 minutes from Lambeau Field, the house was once a sentimental spot for Rodgers, who played nearly 18 seasons in Green Bay, securing four MVP awards and a Super Bowl title.
Currently, Rodgers resides in the Pittsburgh area and has reportedly invested in a vast equestrian estate featuring a private golf course and a pool area. His ongoing contract with the Steelers lasts for one season, suggesting he might be settling in, at least for now.
With this listing, it seems he’s officially turning the page on this chapter of his life.
