Kay Adams Opens Up About Her Love Life

Kay Adams shared insights into her personal life during an episode of the podcast “Bussin’ With The Boys.” The host of “Up & Adams” discussed how she’s in a “good place” for potentially settling down.

“I’m not entirely sure what I want yet,” she admitted. “I often feel like I’m in survival mode, always questioning what comes next and how to keep moving forward. That’s just how life feels sometimes,” she explained to hosts Will Compton and Taylor Lewan.

“Right now, I’m genuinely happy with who I am. I feel a sense of calm and am more available for someone else. I think that’s where I fit,” she reflected. But she added, “Dating is, well, it’s quite the adventure, right?”

When it came to her ideal first date, Adams—a self-described “love girl”—envisioned a cozy dinner, thoughtfully arranged and paid for by her date.

“I’ve come to realize that my dating experience is somewhat limited,” she noted. “With how persistent some have been, by the time I’m going out with someone, it often feels like we’re already in love and they’re practically my boyfriend, just without the physical side yet. That just seems to be how it begins for me,” she said.

In terms of what she looks for in a partner, Adams emphasized the importance of intelligence and humor. “Joking and loyalty really open my heart,” she shared.

“There’s just something about a good joke. It can be a rare quality in others, but for me, loyalty is just vital. I need to feel secure, and that sense of safety from someone is essential,” she elaborated.

This isn’t the first time Adams’ romantic life has been a topic of conversation. Last September, she addressed speculation about a supposed affair with then-Giants quarterback Daniel Jones, firmly stating, “I’m not dating Daniel Jones—let’s set the record straight. I’ve only met him a couple of times and I truly wish him the best,” she remarked on “The 25/10 Show.”

Currently, Jones is experiencing a positive turnaround in his career with the Colts, boasting an impressive 8-2 record.
