Will Smith Celebrates Son’s 33rd Birthday with Family

Will Smith and his ex-wife, Sheree Zampino, gathered to celebrate their son Trey’s 33rd birthday together as a family.

The “Bad Boys” actor shared a rare blended family photo that included his wife Jada Pinkett Smith and their younger son Jaden. This picture was posted by Zampino on Wednesday.

In her heartfelt caption, she expressed, “Wow! You’re a 33-year-old son! What pure joy you bring! Your light is contagious, and the love and grace with which you live is truly beautiful to see.” She continued to express her gratitude, saying that being his mother was such a privilege. Zampino wished Trey an abundant and brilliant year ahead, referring to 33 as a significant milestone.

In the photo, Will stood next to Zampino while Trey wrapped an arm around them. Zampino also shared a video of Will singing “Happy Birthday” alongside several family members and friends.

Will married Zampino in 1992, but they separated and divorced just three years later. Shortly afterward, in 1997, he married Jada Pinkett Smith. They have two children together, Jaden, who is 27, and Willow, who is 25.

Zampino noted that the dynamic among the three parents has had its challenges. In August 2022, she commented on the differing personalities and beliefs they each bring to co-parenting. She expressed that as long as Jada treated Trey well, things would work out fine, mentioning that Jada was often in therapy.

Will has openly discussed the ups and downs of his relationship with Trey. In 2018, he reflected on their struggles post-divorce, admitting they had a tough few years after the split. However, he expressed gratitude for the bond they have restored, stating that Trey has become his best friend.

Trey tends to stay out of the limelight, though he did feature with Will in the music video for “Just The Two of Us” back in 1998, and made guest appearances on the series “All Of Us” in 2003.
