Hunter Biden Critiques Journalist Miranda Devine

On November 6, Hunter Biden took direct aim at journalist Miranda Devine during an appearance on the “Wide Awake Podcast,” making comments about her appearance and ethics.

Devine is well-known for her work on Biden’s controversial laptop, having authored a book titled “The Laptop from Hell.” In the podcast, Biden suggested that Devine is unattractive both inside and out, even implying that few would mourn her passing.

“Physically and ethically, there is no ethics in the actions of someone as horrendously ugly as Miranda Devine…That goes for the Daily Mail…but they are just for hire,” he stated. “They’re seeking money, and she’s doing it for profit. I imagine she sleeps soundly at night, but honestly, I doubt anyone would be upset if she disappeared.”

The New York Post first covered the contents of Biden’s laptop on October 14, 2020, though Devine’s name wasn’t mentioned in that initial article. Shortly thereafter, Twitter limited the article’s circulation, preventing users from sharing it.

This story was underscored by a letter signed by over 50 former intelligence officials questioning the laptop’s credibility. Yet, the Daily Caller News Foundation managed to secure a complete copy and had it authenticated by cybersecurity professionals.

The Post later published various emails from the laptop that suggested a meeting involving Vice President Joe Biden, his son, and a Ukrainian executive from Burisma. The laptop also contained evidence of Biden’s struggles with substance abuse and encounters with prostitutes.

Furthermore, Devine referenced a text exchange from 2019 between Biden and therapist Keith Abloh, in which they humorously discussed the former president’s alleged dementia. “Your father is the answer,” Abloh quipped, mentioning potential Democratic candidates for the 2020 election, adding that overcoming dementia would be a significant achievement. To this, Biden reportedly responded, “You’re such an asshole, but it made me laugh.”
