LA County Sheriff looking into fresh sexual battery allegation against Sean 'Diddy' Combs while the hip-hop mogul is in custody.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is looking into a fresh allegation of sexual assault against Sean “Diddy” Combs. This complaint, presented by an alleged victim from Largo, Florida, includes claims that Combs masturbated using a shirt belonging to the late rapper Biggie and subsequently threw it at the accuser.

Authorities have confirmed that the Special Victims Bureau is now handling this case following the filing of the September 20 police report.

According to the police report obtained by the media, the victim, identified as Jonathan Hay, detailed two disturbing incidents involving Combs. While working on a project with Combs and Biggie’s son, CJ Wallace, Hay alleges that Combs engaged in lewd behavior and physically assaulted him.

Reportedly, the group was at a warehouse filled with Biggie’s clothing, as Wallace intended to shoot photos before donating them to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. During this time, Hay claims Combs entered the space, watched pornography on his phone, and masturbated under one of Biggie’s shirts, making an inappropriate request to Hay that went ignored.

Following that, Combs allegedly ejaculated onto one of Hay’s shirts, throwing it at him with an unsettling remark of “Rest in peace.”

Hay had kept silent about the incidents until he confided in Wallace in December 2020, which led to a temporary fallout between them. The police report indicated that Hay flew to California in March 2021 to continue collaborating with Wallace and an entrepreneur named Willie Mack. Upon arrival, he claims he was attacked by two men who restrained him.

It was then, as the report notes, that Combs allegedly confronted and assaulted Hay, further complicating the already troubling situation. Despite Hay’s struggles during the altercation, Combs is said to have persisted in his actions.

Though Hay’s name was initially redacted from the police report, he has since identified himself on social media, now deleted, and is advocating for criminal charges against Combs on both state and federal levels.

This recent allegation comes on the heels of a civil lawsuit Hay filed against Combs and others in July, making similar claims of sexual misconduct.

Currently, Combs is serving a 50-month sentence at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey after being convicted of two counts related to prostitution. He was acquitted of more serious charges concerning sex trafficking and extortion.

As of now, representatives for Combs have not responded to requests for comments regarding these serious allegations.
