Kristin Cavallari’s Brief Dinner Date with Utah Jazz Coach Will Hardy
Earlier this year, Will Hardy, the head coach of the Utah Jazz, went on a dinner date with reality TV star Kristin Cavallari in Nashville, as reported by Us Weekly.
A source revealed that it was just a single date, stating, “She never saw him again.” Hardy, who has been divorced from Spencer Ladd Hardy for over a year, didn’t comment on the date.
This news follows Cavallari’s recent expressions about dating an “important coach,” after being set up through a CAA agent. In an October episode of the podcast “Let’s Be Honest,” she shared that she was ready to date and the very next day, her agent introduced her to Hardy. She humorously noted that matchmaker Patti Stanger suggested she should go out with a coach.
While Cavallari chose not to disclose her date’s name initially, she did mention that their agents were both from CAA, which facilitated the meeting. “He flew to Nashville and took me out to dinner. He was just such a great guy,” she remarked.
Hardy, now in his fourth season with the Jazz after previous roles with the Spurs and Celtics, has a current coaching record of 90-169 with the team.
Cavallari explained she enjoyed the date but felt there was “no fit” between them. Despite the fun conversation, she sensed it wasn’t meant to be. “You know whether you like someone after the first date,” she remarked. Although she initially considered seeing him again, something inside her suggested otherwise. “Every part of me screams at me when I stray from something that’s meaningful to me,” she added, acknowledging he was a genuinely nice person.
Earlier this year, Cavallari had mentioned a “deep” connection with former NHL player Nate Thompson, indicating she became single after a brief relationship. She took a break from dating to focus on her tour, which ran through several cities from June to August. Additionally, she mentioned she had relaunched her private membership dating app, Raya, and was looking for something specific in a relationship.
Cavallari shares three children with ex-husband Jay Cutler: Camden, 13, Jackson, 11, and Saylor, 9.
