He further explained that he is dealing with criminal charges and must engage a defense attorney before a mid-December hearing. If the court does not approve an expedited hearing for access to funds, he fears he might become homeless, lacking critical essentials like a vehicle and a cell phone.

Phypers outlined extensive financial obligations he must address. This includes $125,000 in overdue rent, nearly $17,820 for truck payments, and various other debts that accumulate quickly. His monthly expenses total around $15,000 for rent, alongside $12,000 for food and necessities.
Restraining Order Granted
Richards received a permanent restraining order on November 7th, which remains effective until November 2030. The order was prompted by allegations that Phypers released private messages and images of her without consent.
