Week 15 Waiver Wire Watch for Tight Ends
Hey there! It’s that time of year—the fantasy playoffs are officially upon us. All those lineup choices you’ve been contemplating are finally coming into play. Whether you’re in the running for the championship or just trying to avoid the dreaded last-place finish, it’s crucial to bolster your roster now. Let’s dive into some tight ends to target on the waiver wire as we head into Week 15.
Here’s a look at some TE options worth considering. Just a note: we’re focusing on players available in up to 60% of leagues, given that bye weeks are now behind us and teams are back in action.
Harold Fannin Jr., TE, Cleveland Browns (52.8%)
The Browns faced a tough loss against the Titans, falling 31-29 and officially knocking them out of the playoff race. On a brighter note, the rookie offensive linemen have shown promise. Fannin had a standout game, recording a career-high of eight catches for 114 yards, including a spectacular touchdown in the fourth quarter.
This makes it two touchdowns in as many games for the Bowling Green product, who seems to have built a nice rapport with Shedule Sanders lately. It looks like Sanders is keen on targeting Fannin, so if you’re looking to enhance your tight end options, this is a name to keep in mind.
Week 15 matchups: @ Chicago Bears, 1pm ET.
Dawson Knox, TE, Buffalo Bills (2.3%)
The Bills managed to scrape by the Bengals in a snowy showdown, winning 39-34. Knox was a standout performer, leading the team with six receptions for 93 yards. Notably, he’s been targeted at least four times in four of the last five games and is starting to catch the eye of quarterback Josh Allen. This could bode well for him in the crucial upcoming game against the Patriots.
Week 15 matchups: @ New England Patriots, 1pm ET.
Colby Parkinson, TE, Los Angeles Rams (3.4%)
The Rams bounced back nicely, dominating the Cardinals 45-17, with Parkinson contributing significantly—three catches for 32 yards and a touchdown. He’s been a reliable red zone target, racking up four touchdowns over the last five weeks, making him a worthwhile addition as we enter the final stretch of the season. We’ve highlighted him for weeks, and he’s still a solid option.
Week 15 matchups: vs. Detroit Lions, 4:25 p.m. ET.
Colston Loveland, TE, Chicago Bears (44.2%)
Loveland played an important role in the Bears’ 28-21 loss to the Packers, which cost them some ground in the NFC North standings. He finished with four catches, including a touchdown that momentarily tied the game, despite losing some yards overall. His performance has made him one of the top fantasy tight ends this season, and he continues to be a dependable option for Caleb Williams as well. If you’re in need of tight end depth, he might still be available.
Week 15 matchups: vs. Cleveland Browns, 1:00 p.m. ET.
