Lori Loughlin Reappears at Hallmark Christmas Event Following Split from Mossimo Giannulli
Lori Loughlin made a notable return at the Hallmark Christmas Experience after parting ways with Mossimo Giannulli. The “Full House” star surprised the audience during a panel for “When Calls the Heart,” where cast members were asked who might be the most likely to grab a cookie from a craft station.
When the crowd shouted Loughlin’s name, actress Erin Krakow chimed in, expressing excitement about Loughlin joining them for Season 14. “What do you think? Shouldn’t we bring her in now?” she asked.
To the audience’s delight, Loughlin, 61, appeared from behind a curtain and sent fans into excitement. She took the stage in a white pinstripe suit and seemed genuinely moved, saying “Thank you” before embracing her fellow cast members.
During the event, Loughlin was questioned about returning to her role as Abigail Stanton, a character she last portrayed seven years ago amid her and Giannulli’s involvement in the 2019 college admissions scandal. “I feel amazing,” she stated. “And my girlfriend [Krakow], we’ve been defending this for a long time here.” She expressed gratitude to Hallmark for their welcoming attitude, adding that it felt “really incredible.”
In October, it was confirmed that Loughlin and Giannulli had ended their nearly 28-year marriage. According to a representative, “Lori and Mossimo are currently living apart.” Interestingly, Loughlin was spotted without her wedding ring during a relaxed outing in Los Angeles around the same time.
A source told Us Weekly that the split has been challenging for Loughlin. “It’s not a shock to those around her. It’s been a tough time for Lori. She’s devastated,” the source revealed. Together, Loughlin and Giannulli share two daughters, Olivia Jade, 26, and Isabella Rose, 27.
