A dramatic video shows a restaurant employee tackling an unruly, intoxicated patron after she harassed staff and assaulted another diner at the popular eatery, Hazy’s.
The clip, which surfaced on social media over the weekend, features a young woman confronting a manager at the Hayes Valley spot, seemingly after being asked to leave.
In the caption of the video shared by bartender Miguel Marchese, he remarked, “LOL as the manager tries to calm things down with this thug (who literally opened the gate and came behind the bar) without making a sound.”
During the altercation, the irate woman can be heard hurling insults and forcefully knocking the camera away from Marchese, all while her bewildered male companion trails behind her.
In a second video, the same woman lunges at another patron, landing a punch on him as he records the chaos.
Things escalated when she attacked a female staff member, leading to a brief scuffle, after which both she and her date were escorted out by security, all while onlookers cheered.
But the drama didn’t stop there. In what Marchese dubbed “Part 3” of the incident, the woman was seen yanking her companion’s hair and pleading to be let go. She then took off running but tripped over Marchese’s foot, falling hard onto the pavement, where her date rushed to help her.
The caption of the clip humorously mentioned, “At first I held out, hoping she would let me go, but I ended up having to kick her in the vagina and throw her phone across the street, which caused her to chase me and accidentally trip over my foot,” complete with a skull emoji.
The lead-up to this wild scene remains unclear, as the footage started rolling after the chaos began.
Attempts to reach representatives from Hazy’s for comments are ongoing.
