Ken Barbee Discusses Cardi B and Stefon Diggs’ Christmas Plans
Ken Barbee, who is close friends with Cardi B, explained why her boyfriend, Stefon Diggs, didn’t spend Christmas with her and their newborn son. He pointed out that both Cardi and Stefon have children from previous relationships.
Barbee noted, “Cardi has kids of her own, and Stefon has kids of his own,” referencing Cardi’s three older children: Kulture, 7, Wave, 4, and Blossom, 1. He mentioned that if the mothers of Stefon’s children think that “my kids shouldn’t come unless I’m there,” while that may be valid, his nieces and nephews have a different outlook.
There seems to be no hidden agenda here. They’re a new couple, and, as he put it, “time will tell.” Barbee added that there was no reason to be shocked about the situation, given that the news of Diggs fathering multiple children has been circulating for a while.
“It would be insane if Stefon didn’t spend the holidays with his kids,” he remarked, hinting at the complexities of blending families. He also shared his thoughts on how the dynamics might affect Cardi’s three children, musing over the “different energies” they could be exposed to.
In his posts, Ken emphasized that Cardi, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar, would “never allow a man to not be accepted by his children or not be there for them.” He argued that none of this is Cardi’s fault, suggesting that people’s expectations have perhaps been inflated by her fame.
On Christmas Day, while Cardi and her son stayed back, Diggs was seen celebrating with the mothers of his other children, two of whom are still quite young. He shared moments with the baby boy he has with Kyanna Barber and was also spotted cuddling his daughter, as well as dancing with his two-year-old daughter.
Rap artist Cardi and Diggs sparked dating rumors earlier this year, with their relationship being officially recognized on social media in June. Cardi, currently in the process of divorcing Offset, announced her pregnancy with Diggs in September. Last month, Diggs was confirmed as the father of another child following a paternity lawsuit.
