Alix Earle’s family couldn’t contain their laughter when her father, Thomas “TJ” Earle, mentioned Tom Brady.
The influencer and the former NFL star stirred quite a buzz after they were seen getting close at a New Year’s Eve party in St. Barts.
On Saturday, TJ seemed to show his approval of Tom’s fashion sense—at least the style he wore—as he shared in a TikTok video featuring his wife, Ashley Earle, donning an oversized blazer similar to one Brady had worn.
“I actually bought this jacket after seeing Tom Brady in something like it,” TJ remarked about the blue velvet piece.
Ashley responded incredulously, “Are you kidding?” To which TJ affirmed, “I swear to God.”
The trio shared a lighthearted moment at their home in New Jersey.
Ashley humorously pointed out, “Are you serious? You say all these things, how ironic.” She was clear about not planning to edit out TJ’s comments in her video.
In the comments section, one person joked, “Tom Brady joke lol,” and Ashley replied, “This guy lol.” Another user chimed in, “Dadaja went off script,” prompting Ashley’s surprised response, “I’m actually speechless.”
Recently, Alix, 25, and Tom, 48, sparked speculation after a clip of them together at a New Year’s Eve event went viral. They were seen deep in conversation and sharing an intimate moment.
Both are single but they haven’t commented on the nature of their relationship yet.
Alix, who recently posted about her amazing trip on Instagram, wrote, “Rumor has it that we’re still dancing… new friends, new memories, the start of a new year :)”
She had recently announced the end of her two-year relationship with Houston Texans return specialist Braxton Berrios, stating long distance was the cause for their amicable breakup.
Meanwhile, Brady was rumored to have dated model Brooks Nader last summer following his divorce from Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen, with whom he was married for 13 years before they finalized their split in October 2022.
Bündchen has since remarried, welcoming a child with her new husband, Joaquin Valente, earlier this year.
