Rookie NYPD Officer Faces Potential Termination Over OnlyFans

A rookie officer in Queens is facing the possibility of being fired due to indecent exposure connected to explicit content posted on their OnlyFans account.

Officer Dana Battino, employed at the 110th Precinct in Elmhurst since April 2025, has reportedly shared numerous explicit photos revealing intimate parts of her body, including moments with an unidentified female companion.

In one particular photo, Battino playfully poses, holding her backside close to the camera.

“She should be fired from this job immediately,” stated a disgruntled NYPD official. “There’s no place for that in this department. We must maintain standards as a paramilitary force.”

Law enforcement experts suggest that the 28-year-old, who previously served as an EMT with the FDNY, is likely to be investigated by the Internal Affairs Bureau.

“She really needs to be removed from her position,” another official commented. “She doesn’t deserve this job.”

Described as heavily tattooed with dark hair and a belly ring, Battino deleted her OnlyFans account shortly after colleagues began circulating her photos. However, sources indicate she set up the account prior to joining the NYPD, and it’s unclear when she last posted.

Some models on the platform can earn significant weekly incomes from subscriptions and tips during live sessions.

The entry salary for a new NYPD officer is approximately $60,884. Prospective officers must disclose all sources of income on their applications, raising questions about how much Battino earned from the site.

“Not disclosing all income sources could be grounds for termination,” a retired official explained. “It would be quite surprising if she claimed zero earnings.”

There are concerns among critics regarding why the explicit content wasn’t flagged during the NYPD’s extensive vetting processes, which include thorough background checks and scrutiny of social media profiles.

“If we can find this, why couldn’t the investigators?” questioned the first official. “This alone should have made her ineligible for the job.”

As a probationary officer, she could be dismissed for conduct unbecoming of a police officer, which could lead to termination.

The police union has come to her defense, arguing that she hasn’t broken any laws.

Patrick Hendry, president of the Police Benevolent Association, stated, “If she hasn’t done anything illegal or harmful to her job performance, then that’s her personal affair. It’s unfortunate that her private matters have become public.”

In a similar scenario in 2022, a rookie officer in Detroit faced repercussions for maintaining a pornographic OnlyFans site, resulting in suspension and eventual resignation.

A spokesperson for the NYPD confirmed that Battino’s actions are under internal investigation, but police officers were unavailable for further comment.
