Minneapolis Shooting Incident Involving Federal Agents
New video footage released on Saturday depicts the moments leading up to the fatal shooting of Renee Nicole Good by federal agents, according to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
In the video, there are sounds of car horns incessantly honking and a train whistle being blown repeatedly. At one point, it cuts to what looks like Good’s Honda Pilot, which is parked right in the middle of the road.
The DHS expressed its discontent with media coverage of the incident, stating, “The media continues to fail the American people in its coverage of the events in Minneapolis.” They further claimed that recent evidence shows that anti-ICE activists were actively stalking and disrupting law enforcement activities throughout the morning.
It’s worth noting that various left-wing organizations are known to support numerous anti-ICE activists around the country.
The DHS also slammed the media again, asserting, “The evidence speaks for itself. Legacy media has lost the trust of the American people.”
This video surfaced just three days after Good was shot and killed by ICE agents as she approached them in her vehicle.
The events surrounding her death have led to significant criticism directed at the Trump administration and ICE. Federal officials have characterized the actions taken by ICE officers as self-defense, branding the Minneapolis incident as an act of “domestic terrorism.” However, Democratic leaders have vehemently contested this assertion, sharply criticizing the officers’ conduct.
