Simone Biles was seen sporting a unique cheese grater headpiece.
Shortly after the Bears clinched a thrilling 31-27 victory over the Packers in a wild-card game at Soldier Field, Biles shared an affectionate moment with her husband, Chicago safety Jonathan Owens. The win allowed the NFC North champions to keep their season alive.
In a glimpse shared through her Instagram Stories, the couple—who began dating in 2020 and married three years later—was captured kissing and hugging on the field, with Biles, 28, wearing that eye-catching cheese grater hat.
Earlier in the season, Biles had pointed out the significance of statement accessories. During Week 16, Chicago had previously beaten Green Bay 22-16 in an overtime showdown.
After falling behind 21-6 in the fourth quarter, Bears QB Caleb Williams led a remarkable comeback with four scoring drives, including a touchdown that put Chicago ahead with less than two minutes to play.
The 24-year-old, who was the top pick in the 2024 draft, wrapped up his playoff debut with 24 completions on 48 attempts, totaling 361 yards, along with two touchdowns and two interceptions.
Williams attributed the win to his “true faith.” He emphasized the importance of believing in both the coaching staff and fellow players: “You have faith that the coaches are going to make the right play at the right time. You have faith that the players on the field are going to make the right play at the right time,” he said, all while playfully trolling the Packers with his cheese grater accessory.
Looking ahead, it’s still unclear who the Bears will face in the divisional round next weekend. If the sixth-seeded 49ers defeat the third-seeded Eagles on Sunday, the fifth-seeded Rams will visit Chicago. Conversely, if the reigning Super Bowl champions triumph over San Francisco, they will head to the Windy City. All of this may result in the NFC’s top seed, the Seahawks, hosting the remaining lowest seed, depending on Sunday’s game results.
