James Taylor's 2026 Tour: Ticket Purchasing, Schedule, and Dates

James Taylor will mark his 78th birthday on March 12th. Just over a month later, the busy singer-songwriter is set to kick off his Spring/Summer 2026 tour.

From April through September, Taylor, known as Sweet Baby James, will perform at a variety of venues including stadiums, theaters, arenas, and even parks. This tour includes four shows in New York and New Jersey, specifically at:

Looking back at his Summer 2025 performances, Taylor typically played around 18 to 20 songs each night. His setlist included some fan favorites like “How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved By You),” “Your Smiling Face,” and “Fire and Rain.”

Concerts for him are less about flashy displays and more about creating connections. They resonate with familiar stories and timeless emotions. Tickets for select dates will first be available in a pre-sale starting January 14th at 10 a.m. local time. General sales followed on January 16th at the same time through Ticketmaster, with options on trusted secondary sites as well.
