Sen. Lindsey Graham Meets with Israeli Intelligence Chief

On Sunday, Senator Lindsey Graham, a Republican from South Carolina, shared that he had a meeting with David Balnea, director of Israel’s Mossad. He described Balnea as a “good friend” and expressed admiration for Mossad’s intelligence work, stating, “Wow, these guys are smart. God bless America. God bless Israel.” Graham posted a photo on X showing him and Balnea smiling and giving a thumbs-up.

During his travels, Graham also reportedly met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other officials amid ongoing tensions in the region. He referred to this visit as a significant moment, emphasizing Israel as “the United States’ best friend.”

Interestingly, RT commented on Graham’s meeting, questioning whether he was representing the U.S. in such discussions. Reacting to the post, Graham lightheartedly suggested that he was simply giving advice on real estate, joking about Balnea’s interest in property in South Carolina. “My Russian friends, calm down. I’ve known David for a long time,” he wrote.

In addition to his discussions regarding Israel, Graham has voiced strong opinions against actions by the Iranian regime, advocating for necessary measures to respond to recent provocations.

This meeting with Israeli leaders follows Graham’s previous visit last month. It seems like he is maintaining a consistent dialogue with key figures in Israel, reinforcing a collaborative stance between the U.S. and Israel during this complex time.
