H-1B company might have 'unintentionally confessed' to fraud

Sara Gonzalez Investigates H-1B Visa Fraud Allegations

Sara Gonzalez, host of Blaze TV, has intensified her investigation into concerns surrounding H-1B visa fraud. This move follows a series of reactions she received.

“The community we’re discussing seems quite upset, claiming we’ve violated privacy and are exposing personal information,” she notes. “But that’s not the case. The details we share are indeed newsworthy and necessary for public awareness.”

She further argues, “How else can we reveal issues like fraud and corruption if we don’t bring them to light?”

During her investigation, Gonzalez found 3Bees Technologies operating from an empty office space, seemingly without any staff. The company recently adjusted its website, attempting to address her findings.

“They’re eager to clarify that ‘3Bees Technologies is an IT consulting company, and all employees work remotely from client locations,’” she reads from their updated information. “But how’s your English there?” she adds, pointing out potential language issues.

“Yet, it’s illegal not to accurately disclose where workers are located to the government, which might suggest fraud,” she insists. According to USCIS guidelines, “If there’s a change in work location for an H-1B employee, an amended petition must be filed.”

“So, if they claim their workers are remote and haven’t updated the necessary legal documents, they might be committing fraud. That’s a legal violation. Thanks, 3Bees; we’ll definitely utilize this against you in our report to authorities,” she emphasizes.

Additionally, Gonzalez points out an apparent contradiction—if all employees work remotely, what’s the need for them to be in the U.S. at all?

“If you’re simply an IT consulting company focused solely on advisory services, what’s the point? Why are we bringing them here?” she questions. “They could just remain in India, making calls or joining Zoom meetings.”
