Denise Richards Challenges Aaron Phypers’ Request for OnlyFans Earnings

Denise Richards has asked a court to reject Aaron Phypers’ demand for half of his OnlyFans earnings, citing that the deadline for such a request has lapsed.

According to reports, Richards, on Tuesday, requested an updated income and expenditure return, which had not been submitted by the court’s deadline of Friday.

As of now, the judge has yet to make a decision.

Spokespeople for both Phypers and Richards did not respond to inquiries for comment on Tuesday evening.

Phypers, who initiated divorce proceedings from Richards in July after six years of marriage, had previously stated that he believed he was entitled to half of the income generated from her OnlyFans account.

Documents obtained in October showed that he asserted he “helped” Richards set up her OnlyFans account and claimed ownership of the intellectual property related to most of the photos featured on her page.

Phypers estimated that this subscription-based platform, which Richards launched in 2022, could earn him as much as $300,000 monthly.

Although Richards has not revealed the specifics of her earnings from the site, she mentioned in a February 2025 interview that it was “pretty profitable.”

In the October filing, Phypers contended that Richards had “cut off my access to the joint income we earned together” and asked the court to grant him half of the OnlyFans earnings, asserting that it reflected their shared financial responsibilities.

He clarified that he does not view this as spousal support but rather as a claim to half of their joint income from the OnlyFans business.

Phypers described himself as being “broken and financially hopeless,” a situation that seemed to manifest when he and Richards were evicted from their shared rental in December due to $84,000 in overdue rent.

In January, the Phypers family, amidst ongoing denials of abuse allegations from Richards during their marriage, initiated a fundraising campaign.

Phypers claimed in legal documents that Richards generates between $200,000 and $300,000 each month through her OnlyFans account.

In a now-deleted GoFundMe page, Phypers’ mother expressed her concerns about her son’s well-being and mentioned their adopted daughter, Eloise, stating her son’s “deepest hurt” was in losing her. She highlighted the difficulties in reaching out to her.

Richards later criticized the fundraising efforts by Phypers’ family, labeling them as “outrageous.” Appearing on Tori Spelling’s podcast, Richards asserted, “It’s unacceptable to exploit the situation for money, especially regarding my daughter.” She emphasized that those actions are crossing a line.
