Real Estate CEO Accused in Lawsuit of Attempting to Steal Employee’s Wife
A shocking lawsuit has surfaced, claiming a married real estate executive proposed an outrageous offer exceeding $3 million to lure a female subordinate away from her husband.
Tamir Poleg, the CEO of Real Brokerage based in Utah, allegedly attempted to entice Paige Steckling—a married mother of two—by providing her with significant cash, real estate deals, and extravagant trips, according to a lawsuit initiated by her husband, Michael Steckling.
Michael accuses Poleg of undermining his marriage through persistent efforts to take Paige out, as detailed in the legal complaint he filed. He insisted that the relentless pursuit by Poleg was a factor in the breakdown of their relationship.
In a statement addressing the claims, Paige confirmed the divorce, clarifying, “My marriage ended for personal reasons, and the allegations in this lawsuit do not reflect the reality of those circumstances. I am confident that the legal process will resolve any inaccuracies.”
Interestingly, Michael noted that the idea of divorce hadn’t crossed his mind until Poleg began pursuing his wife.
The complaint outlines a specific offer allegedly made to Paige in January 2025, which included a $1.5 million luxury home in Park City, Utah, along with a promise to “take care of her needs” if she broke away from Michael.
Coinciding with these events, Poleg also separated from his wife around the same time. Paige subsequently filed for divorce in February 2025.
The lawsuit claims Poleg sold $600,000 worth of Real Brokerage stock, using the funds for his “obscene proposals.”
A few weeks later, Poleg reportedly reserved a hotel room in Miami for himself and Paige, although it’s unclear whether she accepted or acted on his offer.
In early February, around a planned beachside meeting, Poleg allegedly emailed Paige steps on how to claim the promised $1.5 million in two payments. He admitted to sending the emails referenced in the lawsuit but asserted that he only offered financial support as requested.
Poleg has firmly denied the numerous accusations, stating, “No offers, no romance, no interference.” He even went so far as to claim that Paige often expressed dissatisfaction with her marriage, indicating a lack of “real love or affection” between them.
Michael is pursuing $5 million in damages related to the collapse of his marriage. Meanwhile, Poleg’s real estate firm boasts an estimated value of $886 million.
