Younger Evangelist Reaches Out to Unlikely Groups

Young Bryce Crawford feels that a divine intervention transformed his life and gave him the courage to share his faith with people many Christians typically shy away from.

“KKK leaders, furries, politicians, homeless individuals. What do these groups have in common? They all need Jesus. They need to hear the gospel,” he stated. This perspective was discussed in a recent interview with Blaze TV host Allie Beth Stuckey, who emphasized Crawford’s ability to empathize.

“Bryce goes out to everyone, everywhere, sharing the good news of Jesus Christ,” she noted during their conversation at AmFest.

Crawford shared insights about connecting with those who seem the least receptive. Stuckey posed a question: “How do you explain the gospel to someone who has no Christian background?”

“I would compare it to a murderer. You know, if a police officer arrests a criminal and then takes them out for donuts, it feels off. Murderers belong in prison!” Crawford explained. He continued, “Just like a murderer deserves punishment, we all deserve consequences for our actions. Even a young child doesn’t need to be taught to be selfish,” he added.

“I think it’s important to highlight that it’s a gift from God when He replaces our anger with grace. To me, the essence lies in explaining forgiveness. Forgiveness is essentially canceling a debt—something God did for us through His life,” he remarked thoughtfully.

Crawford has engaged with many individuals who disagree with him but has also experienced moments of embarrassment along the way.

“I’ve had extensive discussions with Hebrew Israelites, who hold the belief that if you’re not black, you’re essentially doomed,” he shared. He found it challenging to converse with people whose pride leads them to dismiss or reinterpret scripture. “Often, I just say, ‘Okay, thank you,’ or ‘I’m not sure, but here’s what I know,'” he recalled.

“The Holy Spirit can guide your words, but it’s crucial to remain grounded and not be influenced by erroneous teachings,” he advised.
