The reality star, 45, kept it low-key, stepping out of her car in a long brown trench coat and sunglasses, looking chic amid the exclusive surroundings of a British country club.
Meanwhile, Hamilton, 41, also kept a relaxed vibe in a gray sweatsuit as he made his way to the hotel.
Kardashian was seen carrying her luxurious Hermès Birkin bag, unloading a pink Goyard suitcase and a green Rimowa carry-on from her vehicle.
The newly-reported couple had planned a couple’s massage and made use of the hotel facilities privately. According to a source, they even enjoyed dinner in a private room to avoid any interruptions from other guests.
The pair checked out of the hotel early Sunday morning.
Reports about their secret romance surfaced over the weekend, leaving some surprised, as they have known each other for years, dating back to when they were both involved with Kanye West and Nicole Scherzinger, respectively.
In 2015, there was speculation about Hamilton possibly dating Kardashian’s sister, Kendall Jenner, which he later downplayed as merely friendship.
