Get Your Guns Ready: Antifa Activist Charged With Extreme Threats Against ICE

Antifa Supporter Arrested for Threatening ICE Officials

A self-identified Antifa supporter, Kyle Wagner, was arrested on Thursday following allegations of calling for violence against immigration officials in Minnesota, as reported by the Department of Justice (DOJ).

Wagner, who resides in Minneapolis, faces federal charges related to cyberstalking and menacing. He is set to have his initial court appearance today. According to the DOJ, these charges arose from various social media videos and posts where Wagner suggested that rioters should “handle” Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers, even stating that they should be punished “at the muzzle of a gun.”

In these videos, Wagner expressed a desire to identify ICE agents: “We want to know who they are,” he said. “We’ll identify them one by one and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law. If it has to be done at gunpoint, let’s have a little fun.”

It’s unclear whether Wagner has legal representation at this time.

He also encouraged others to “hunt” down ICE agents and mentioned those who are “arming” themselves for a fight. Following his posts, which dismissed “peaceful protests” in favor of more aggressive tactics, Wagner reportedly fled.

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche remarked on the situation, stating, “It is not surprising that Antifa terrorists are allegedly threatening to kill and assault federal law enforcement officers who are faithfully removing criminal threats from our neighborhoods. This is what Antifa is all about: lawlessness and violence. However, under the leadership of President Trump and Attorney General Bondi, there is no safe haven for terrorists, no escape from justice.”
