Kyle Wagner faces allegations of issuing violent threats toward ICE officers.

A man from Minnesota, identified as a member of Antifa, was arrested on Thursday for allegedly threatening U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers, as reported by the Department of Justice.

Kyle Wagner, 37, residing in Minneapolis, faces criminal charges stemming from accusations that he used social media to incite violence against federal law enforcement, particularly targeting ICE officers.

The Justice Department stated that Wagner urged his followers to confront ICE agents, describing them in derogatory terms and sometimes calling for armed violence against them. He reportedly said, “Wherever we have a chance to get them, we have to get our hands on them.” He added a provocative note about identifying them and bringing them to justice, suggesting actions “at gunpoint” for excitement.

Prosecutors have charged Wagner with federal racketeering and cyberstalking, noting that he posted personal details of ICE supporters online, later confirming that one address belonged to a victim’s parents.

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche commented on the situation, stating, “It is not surprising that Antifa terrorists are allegedly threatening to kill and assault federal law enforcement officers who are faithfully removing criminal threats from our neighborhoods.” He emphasized the law enforcement commitment under President Trump and Attorney General Bondi to hold such individuals accountable.

Wagner is scheduled to appear in federal court for the first time on Thursday, with U.S. Attorney Jerome Gorgon Jr. remarking on the gravity of Wagner’s actions and the intent to prevent unrest in the community.

Previously, it was noted that Wagner had deleted his remaining social media accounts, and the Venmo account linked to him had become inaccessible.
