Exciting News for Ghostly Weddings at Disneyland!
Attention all prospective ghost brides and grooms!
If you’ve ever dreamed of tying the knot at the Haunted Mansion, your wish is about to come true. Starting in July 2026, you’ll have the chance to say “I do” at this iconic park attraction.
The courtyard of the Haunted Mansion is set to host early morning ceremonies for up to 25 guests, featuring the mansion’s cheerful ghost, before the park officially opens.
As noted by Disney Parks Blog, “Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings and Honeymoons will introduce the Haunted Mansion Courtyard into its lineup of over 10 wedding venues at Disneyland Resort for the very first time.”
With its towering columns and captivating, slightly eerie façade, this unique venue offers a dramatic setting for couples looking for a whimsical wedding or vow renewal.
The Haunted Mansion Wedding Package comes complete with an officiant, photography, vibrant décor, and round-trip transportation to and from your hotel within the Disneyland Resort.
If the Haunted Mansion isn’t quite your style, you can also opt for exchanging vows in an elegant mansion next to New Orleans Square, such as at Magnolia Park Terrace.
Additionally, for those seeking a ghostly ambiance on the water, Disney Cruise Line’s new ship, Disney Destiny, is set to launch in May 2026, featuring a Haunted Mansion Parlor for wedding ceremonies. This intriguing space includes spooky designs and a captivating portrait that reveals the secrets of the ghostly captain and his enchanting bride.
It’s just one of the various spots where couples can exchange vows at Disney. Other options include the Fantasy Fair Garden, right beside Sleeping Beauty Castle, or in the charming surroundings of Small World.
The Haunted Mansion has been a beloved attraction since its debut in Disneyland in 1969. It has consistently drawn fans over the years.
Since 2001, the mansion has undergone extensive renovation to incorporate a “Nightmare Before Christmas”-themed overlay during the holiday season, enchanting guests yearly with its festive spirit and ghostly charm.
