Tom Homan Is the Ideal Person to Lead Minneapolis

White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt mentioned on the Alex Marlowe Show that border czar Tom Homan considers himself the “perfect person” to oversee the deportation efforts in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Mr. Marlowe shared his belief that Homan was the best candidate for the task and asked Levitt for an update on the current situation.

Levitt agreed with Marlowe’s assertion, stating, “Tom Homan is the right person for Minneapolis, and that’s why President Trump appointed him. It was a smart move, which has shown results over the past two weeks.”

Since his arrival, Homan has successfully negotiated with local authorities to transfer detained undocumented immigrants to federal custody. Consequently, the federal government has scaled back the number of personnel deployed in the field.

“Prior to Tom’s intervention, local jails often refused to release illegal immigrants to ICE. [Immigration and Customs Enforcement] When these individuals were released,” Levitt explained, “Governor Walz and Mayor Frey were allowing violent offenders to re-enter the community, which is simply unacceptable.”

Levitt further noted, “Tom managed to establish agreements with various counties, enabling sheriffs and jails to transfer these offenders to ICE. This was a prerequisite set by President Trump to reduce the operation. Thanks to Tom’s negotiations with local and state officials, we’ve reduced the workforce by 700 individuals.”

She highlighted that around 2,000 federal agents remain active in Minneapolis, focusing on immigration enforcement and investigating fraud.

“We still have about 2,000 personnel on the ground, dealing not just with immigration enforcement but also with exposing widespread fraud occurring in Minnesota, and we are fully dedicated to this effort,” she stated.

Levitt added, “We are also apprehending left-wing agitators and violent offenders who are interfering with these legitimate law enforcement activities.”

Levitt mentioned that on Thursday, the Department of Justice, the FBI, and Homeland Security Investigations arrested Kyle Wagner, who labeled himself an “Antifa domestic terrorist,” on charges related to the murder of a federal law enforcement officer.

“This individual incited violence and threatened to kill law enforcement,” she remarked. “Such actions will never be tolerated under this administration, and those Antifa members are now facing justice.”

Marlowe and Levitt also discussed the launch of TrumpRx during their conversation.
