Puka Nacua was seen stumbling and dancing in San Francisco shortly after the 2026 Super Bowl, leading many fans to think that he might have enjoyed a few too many drinks.
This happened right after the Seahawks triumphed over the Patriots at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. A video captured Nacua’s antics, and viewers speculated about his level of inebriation.
“The puka is already cooked,” one bystander remarked in the clip. “He’s cooked. Look.”
Nacua, dressed in an oversized white T-shirt and baggy jeans, seemed ready to hop into a black SUV but was instead guided toward a different vehicle nearby.
At 24 years old, he appeared a bit unsteady as he approached his opponent’s car. Still, he paused, raised his hands in the air, and did a little dance.
A man then helped him toward his car, and he playfully sprinted a short distance down the street before jumping back into the vehicle.
Commentary on the video quickly filled the comments, with many people questioning whether alcohol had influenced not just his movements but also his earlier “Sam Darnold” remark during the game.
Nacua had tweeted the name of the Seattle player alongside a crying emoji but later claimed he had been misled by it.
While he hasn’t addressed what transpired on Sunday night, the video suggests he may not recall too much of it.
