Ernest Jones tells Seahawks critics off at the Super Bowl 2026 parade.

Celebrating a Victory

Let’s dive into a bold fashion choice.

On Wednesday’s episode of “Up & Adams,” Seattle linebacker Ernest Jones IV proudly showcased his shirt from the 2026 Super Bowl parade. The shirt had a striking design featuring quarterback Sam Darnold with a raised finger, a beer in one hand, and a cigarette in the other.

“I’ve been saying all year, that’s my guy,” Jones started off. “He gave me the go-ahead to wear this, and a few of us are sporting the shirts. I just want to thank Sam for leading us to this bowl.”

Darnold and the Seahawks have been on a winning streak since last Sunday, having taken down the Patriots 29-13 in a significant matchup.

The Seattle defense made things tough for Patriots quarterback Drake Maye, achieving two interceptions and piling on six sacks.

Darnold completed 19 of 38 passes for 202 yards and one touchdown, securing the team’s second Super Bowl win during his inaugural year with the franchise.

Once viewed as a disappointment after stints with the Jets and Panthers, Darnold turned his career around in 2024, ending with an impressive 14-3 record playing for the Vikings.

The Seahawks gave the 28-year-old free agent a three-year, $105 million contract, recognizing his potential. Jones, who had been traded from the Titans to the Seahawks during the 2024 season, brandished his Darnold shirt on the show and had a fierce message for anyone criticizing.

“If you want to talk down about my quarterback, my defense, our O-line, or Seattle itself, let me just say this: fk you,” he declared.

This wasn’t the first time Jones stirred up feelings against Darnold’s critics this week. He had previously gone after Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua, who tweeted about Darnold with a laughing emoji after the Super Bowl victory.

Jones didn’t hold back, replying, “Aren’t you home? You idiot.”

The Seahawks had previously beaten the Rams 31-27 in the NFC title game, earning their spot in Super Bowl 60.
