Plans for EPIC City in Texas Scrapped Amid New Developments

Recently, Blaze TV host Sarah Gonzalez expressed her excitement about the cancellation of the EPIC City project in Plano, yet she’s not completely surprised to see similar initiatives cropping up in Texas.

She mentioned, “If you’re keeping an eye on EPIC Cities, you should probably anticipate seeing around ten more being developed quietly in less noticeable areas.” It seems this trend isn’t going to end anytime soon.

Gonzalez noted new development activity in the quiet region of Kaufman County, Texas, which might not be on everyone’s radar. This particular area has piqued some interest lately.

Interestingly, she pointed out that a company called Kaufman Solar had purchased a large parcel of land without causing much stir. “Things only got attention after it was revealed that a buyer from the Middle East was acquiring over 2,000 acres next to the solar farm for a sustainable city,” she stated.

At a recent meeting for county commissioners, Gonzalez reported that an attorney had requested a public hearing to approve three new water districts for the company acquiring this land. She noted, “We later learned that the potential developer is SEE Holding, a firm based in Dubai. So, what are we to make of this?” Gonzalez pondered.

“There seems to be great interest in this area. There are over 20,000 people trying to settle here—curious, right?” she questioned. “This situation feels off. There’s something a bit suspicious about it all. The fact that it involves Dubai money, Middle Eastern financing… it just feels strange,” she expressed.

Wrapping up her thoughts, she warned, “It’s a good time to be cautious—there’s a trend developing that appears to indicate a growing Islamic presence.”
