How American elites and foreign powers use immigration as a weapon new york times
In a recent email to supporters of the Democracy Action PAC, Newsom made a personal request. He encouraged them to buy his upcoming memoir, stating, “It’s coming out in two weeks, so give it a read.” He urged those who hadn’t ordered a copy yet to do so, highlighting that the book is “very personal” and filled with political anecdotes they would likely find interesting.
Remarkably, the day before its official launch, the memoir shot to the top spot in all book categories on Amazon. It even claimed the #1 position on the New York Times bestseller list for hardcover nonfiction for three consecutive weeks. Newsom noted, “And to top it all off, the #1 NYT bestseller right now is a far-right book on the Great Replacement Theory. So… let’s replace it.”
Newsom concluded his email by promising a Zoom session to discuss the book further and answer any questions about it.
A response from another user on X pointed out, “@GavinNewsom is sweating and not very presidential. Why is he going after elite donors? Is he worried about his book’s success? Or that we might expose his ties to the Chinese Communist Party… again?”
In late January, street artwork surfaced in Los Angeles and Sacramento. This art forms part of a broader critique, suggesting that thousands of Chinese pilots are being trained in the U.S. under what some call “virtually unsupervised” conditions before returning to their military roles. The book mentions Sierra Aviation Academy in Atwater, California, as a key player in this initiative.
Furthermore, a Chinese research firm has estimated that “nearly 1 million Chinese babies have been born in the United States and raised in China over the past 13 years,” stressing that once they turn 18, these individuals will have the ability to vote, contribute to political campaigns, and seek government jobs.
The artwork also portrays Newsom dressed in a communist uniform, casting a watchful eye over a Los Angeles faced with unrest, resembling last year’s anti-ICE protests where demonstrators blocked major roadways and burned police vehicles while waving Mexican flags. It highlights how more than 50 Mexican consulates across the U.S. allegedly engage in a clandestine campaign, which includes large-scale anti-immigration protests aimed at influencing American elections in favor of Mexico. Additionally, it suggests these consulates are responsible for flooding U.S. schools with Marxist, anti-American educational materials.
This book, which has received considerable attention, is a bestseller by Schweitzer, the director of the Government Accountability Institute and a senior contributor to Breitbart News.
