Sarah Ferguson has been admitted to a high-end health clinic in Switzerland, especially drawing attention due to her connection with Jeffrey Epstein.
The former Duchess of York, now 66, has reportedly left the UK for the Paracelsus Recovery Clinic in Zurich, according to the Daily Mail.
This clinic specializes in mental health recovery, offering personalized care for issues like addiction, eating disorders, and chronic illnesses.
Staying at this luxurious rehab center comes at a steep price, reportedly over $17,500 a night.
A source shared that Ferguson has already been there for a while, spending time at the clinic from just after Christmas until late January.
“She feels comfortable at Paracelsus, knowing she will receive not only care and support but also professional treatment,” the source remarked.
There was no immediate comment from Ferguson’s representative.
In a twist, Ferguson’s ex-husband, Prince Andrew, was arrested on February 19—coincidentally, Ferguson’s birthday—on allegations of misconduct while in public office. He faced police questioning for eleven hours before being released.
He is suspected of having passed on private documents to Epstein, a convicted sex offender.
Should he be found guilty, Andrew faces a possible life sentence.
If Ferguson returns to the UK, there are indications she might be questioned by Thames Valley police, especially as they have already detained his ex-girlfriend. While there’s no proof of any wrongdoing on her part, a legal expert noted that “police might have grounds to speak with Sarah Ferguson,” suggesting she could provide relevant insights.
Reports also indicate that Ferguson has not been in good mental health following Andrew’s recent arrest.
Friends of Ferguson revealed she’s been struggling, saying she feels everyone is just trying to help, but she’s having a tough time.
Despite divorcing Andrew in 1996, she lost her title as Duchess of York in October 2025 due to the ongoing Epstein scandal. Yet, a source mentioned that she has always supported Andrew and continues to love him.
