Queens Vice Principal Charged with Prostitution Racketeering

A vice principal at a public elementary school in Queens has been charged with running a prostitution operation, allegedly arranging sexual encounters with women from Los Angeles for clients at a steep price of $2,000 per hour, according to federal prosecutors.

Bond Ng, 47, who serves as an administrator at Corona PS16, was arrested on Sunday on charges related to interstate prostitution racketeering. Investigators say his activities go back to 2011, with recent encounters occurring as recently as December.

Despite earning about $173,000 annually, Ng reportedly sent flirty messages posing as a woman to attract potential clients. These messages were obtained by federal human trafficking investigators.

One text revealed Ng stating, “My rate is 2,000 love,” when communicating with clients. Additionally, he directed customers to make payments into Zelle accounts registered under his name.

Following his federal court appearance in Brooklyn, Ng was released on a $150,000 bail. While doing so, prosecutors claimed he had manipulated a woman who was new to prostitution before their encounters.

Ng appeared unassuming in court, wearing an argyle sweater over a button-down shirt. Assistant U.S. Attorney Daniel Amzalag described him as being “more high-handed than we originally thought.” The prosecutor also indicated that Ng might be part of a broader prostitution network, noting his frequent trips to Colombia, particularly Medellin and Cartagena, both known for sex trafficking issues.

Investigators also found evidence that Ng communicated with three women who worked at undisclosed massage parlors.

At the beginning of the school year, Ng had been appointed as assistant principal in charge of “testing, school safety, and technology.” As part of his release conditions, he is required to leave his position and must remain within New York City while the case is ongoing. It remains unclear whether he has been suspended or would continue receiving his salary during this legal process.

Ira Gething, a spokesperson for the New York City Department of Education, minimal comments, stating, “We will refer this matter to federal authorities.”

Ng was reportedly “flagged” for questioning by Department of Homeland Security officials upon returning from an international flight from Cartagena. During a voluntary interview, he allegedly tried to minimize his relationship with a Los Angeles woman, claiming he was merely her “manager.” Authorities assert that he assisted her in making “pornographic videos” and arranging meetings with her admirers.

Upon consenting to a search, investigators recovered numerous texts from Ng’s two cellphones that showed his involvement in offering these women for sexual encounters.

Allegations indicate that sexual activities might have occurred as recently as December 29, 2025, when Ng reportedly instructed a client to visit a woman at a luxury apartment in Long Island City. The following day, the woman thanked Ng via text for allowing her to use his apartment.

Ng’s sister, who holds a project manager role and earns $130,000 annually, posted bail after appearing in court for support. As part of the case proceedings, Ng will also be required to wear a GPS monitor.

As he exited the courthouse, Ng chose not to make any comments regarding the case.
