Druski sparks anger by dressing as Erika Kirk in new viral skit: 'This has gone too far'

Dolsky has stirred controversy with his recent highly-viewed skit where he portrays Erica, the widow of Charlie Kirk, prompting some to claim he has crossed a line.

The Black comedian donned makeup to lighten his skin, a white suit, blue contacts, and a blonde wig to parody the CEO of Turning Point USA in a sketch titled “How Conservative Women Act in America,” which has garnered over 40 million views online.

The skit opens with Erica dancing amidst fireworks at Charlie Kirk’s memorial service, then transitions to a mock press briefing where he impersonates White House press secretary Caroline Leavitt, fielding questions about the war in Iran.

Dolsky also poked fun at Erica’s body language, referencing a CBS News Town Hall from December, where her intense gaze was criticized.

“I serve a righteous God, and that’s why we pray. We are all children of God, and when I say children, I mean the Holy and Blessed Trinity. That’s why I have a Bible,” Dolsky, whose real name is Drew Desbordes, stated in the video.

“We must protect all men in America, especially white men in America. They’re the ones we care about. Yes, they are the ones we care about the most.”

Previously, Dolsky wore “whiteface” to play a racist NASCAR fan last September, and was later seen ordering an organic “Pup Cup” and struggling with a Pilates class.

While many fans found the skit amusing, it certainly upset others.

“This has gone too far… You were completely disrespectful at NFL Honors, and now you’re mocking Erica Kirk, whose husband was brutally killed. This is outrageous,” commented conservative commentator John Root.

Another user expressed disappointment, stating, “Of all the conservative women in America, why her? I’m saddened,” while a third added, “Is this a joke? You think this is funny? Are you making fun of Erica Kirk? You know what, you jerk.”

Dolsky faced backlash in February for criticizing Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jackson Smith-Njigba while presenting him with the Offensive Player of the Year award. He has since reached out to apologize but has yet to receive a response.

Erica Kirk has not made any public comments on the situation.
