Why the nationwide No Kings protests have no real significance: ‘Very discouraging for them’

While protests under the No Kings banner against President Trump and U.S. involvement in the Iran war aren’t happening nationwide, mainstream media coverage portrays them as a significant threat.

However, Blaze TV host John Doyle attended a protest in Dallas and reported that the situation is quite different from what the coverage suggests.

“If you look up ‘No Kings 2026’ on Google, you’ll find a slew of leftwing outlets—local and national, including CNN and MSNBC—reporting on it, showing footage, and making it seem like a major event, a real and pressing issue,” Doyle shared on “The John Doyle Show.”

“The individuals actually attending these supposed protests are part of a revolutionary group, driven largely by resentment towards regular American patriots,” he added.

Doyle further explained that these protesters seem to thrive on the need to demonstrate, often seeing it as a form of resistance against an opposing force.

“For them, it feels almost like a role-play from The Handmaid’s Tale. They relish their interactions with law enforcement and believe they’re facing excessive persecution,” he remarked.

The footage captured by Doyle at the Dallas events supports his observations.

“It’s a rather heavy experience for them,” he said, illustrating it with a description of one protester.

“There was this very large person on a mobility scooter, similar to those you see in stores, holding a sign that said ‘#FreakingNoKings,'” Doyle remembered.

“And there were elderly individuals, foreigners—it’s odd. I didn’t feel threatened; I just felt unwell. It reminded me of times when I felt like I was in a lion’s den, confronting people who were hostile,” he continued.

“I was trying to keep a smile on my face, but honestly, I just wasn’t feeling great,” he added.
