Concerns Over Extraterrestrial Briefings

Rep. Tim Burchett (R-Tenn.) expressed that Americans “would be up at night worrying” if they knew about the briefings he received regarding extraterrestrial life.

He mentioned on Newsmax that he has been briefed by numerous agencies and claimed that if the information were made public, it would provoke significant worry among the populace.

Burchett, part of the House Select Committee on Declassification of Federal Secrets, recalled a briefing he had two weeks ago concerning extraterrestrial matters. He indicated that revealing such information could lead to widespread turmoil.

“They’re going to demand answers,” he said, although he didn’t share further details.

When shown a clip of former Congressman Matt Gaetz discussing a supposed alien-human hybrid breeding program, Burchett sidestepped directly addressing those assertions.

“I’m still a member of Congress, so I can’t really comment on what Matt said,” he clarified.

Finnerty seemed surprised, asking, “Wait, are you serious?” to which Burchett affirmed, “I’m 100 percent serious.”

Burchett insisted on the need for full disclosure about these matters, citing taxpayers’ rights to know. He stressed the importance of transparency regarding funding.

He criticized how individuals escorting such sensitive discussions often hinder progress. In meetings, he noted being met with arrogance from unelected officials who control information even from the president.

The lawmaker compared the layers of classified information to an onion—each layer revealing another hidden beneath.

He recounted uncomfortable experiences in meetings where he sensed military representatives were restrained from sharing their thoughts.

Burchett also brought attention to troubling cases of disappearances and deaths among top researchers in the field, mentioning retired Air Force General William McCasland and rocket scientist Monica Reza as examples.

“There are no coincidences in this town,” he asserted. “These people are disappearing or dying mysteriously. I believe there’s a connection.” He added a personal note, saying, “For the record, I’m not suicidal and I’m not putting myself at risk.”

His remarks came after President Trump’s February announcement about moving forward with disclosing government documents related to UFOs and extraterrestrial life.

Trump stated he would direct relevant agencies to begin identifying and releasing information linked to these complex topics, reflecting the significant public interest.

Since that disclosure, the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency has registered domain names such as aliens.gov and alien.gov.
