Lawmakers Believe Public Deserves to Know About Extraterrestrial Life
A stunned lawmaker has revealed that if regular Americans were to learn what the government has uncovered about extraterrestrial beings, they’d be very indifferent—one might say “apathetic.” And, according to him, they absolutely have a right to know.
Representative Tim Burchett (R-Tenn.), who serves on the House Select Committee on Federal Secrets Declassification, has been a long-time proponent of “full disclosure,” regardless of the potential upheaval it could bring to society.
“People have a right to know, honestly. It’s their tax dollars at work. We need to spread the word,” Burchett shared with a media outlet.
He warned, somewhat dramatically, “If they were to release what I witnessed, you might find yourself lying awake at night, pondering all of this.” He mentioned that he’s had conversations with almost every agency you could think of that falls under the government umbrella.
Recently, Burchett reflected on a “problem” related to extraterrestrial life that he had been briefed about, a situation he described as potentially catastrophic.
“If the public heard everything I did, I think there’d be a significant awakening. People would certainly want answers, and they deserve those answers. Unfortunately, though, there seems to be a lot of concealment,” he remarked.
This unexpected take from Burchett came on the heels of comments from former Congressman Matt Gaetz, who claimed to know about human-alien breeding programs.
Burchett, at 61, didn’t outright dismiss Gaetz’s outlandish assertions, indicating that he couldn’t comment further due to his position as a current lawmaker.
Moreover, Burchett addressed a concerning trend of sudden disappearances and untimely deaths among leading researchers in the field, referencing the mysterious vanishings of retired Air Force General William McCasland a few months ago and rocket scientist Monica Reza last year.
“There are no coincidences in this town. These individuals aren’t just vanishing without a trace or meeting unfortunate ends,” he stated. “I genuinely believe there’s a link here. People don’t just disappear these days… it’s not that simple.”
