Sharon Osbourne puts Beverly Hills home she lived in with Ozzy on the market for $17 million

Sharon Osbourne has reported potential losses of up to $17 million after attempting to sell her Los Angeles mansion, which she shared with her late husband, Ozzy. This comes about nine months following his passing in England.

The expansive estate, which was initially sold for $11.85 million in 2015, was listed by agents Jonah Wilson and Josh Greer. The Osbournes first put the seven-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom home on the market in 2022 for $18 million, later lowering the price to $17.5 million before removing it from the listings. Reports indicated they were moving to the UK, where they owned a large property in Buckinghamshire, where they lived until Ozzy’s death due to coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s in July 2025.

Wilson mentioned that the decision was ultimately made not to sell the house.

Now, at 73, Sharon is trying again to offload the property, splitting her time between the UK and Los Angeles, where she maintains an apartment for her west coast visits.

While this property may not carry the same fame as their former Beverly Hills home, it has its own history. Built in the 1930s, the house offers 11,565 square feet and was relisted starting April 6.

According to the listing, the estate is behind high gates to ensure privacy and has been restored with exceptional craftsmanship. Guests are welcomed by lush greenery surrounding its white exterior, with an elegant foyer and high ceilings inside that feature sparkling chandeliers.

Restoration efforts by Sharon and Ozzy have celebrated the home’s 1920s style, showcasing a theater adorned with autographed memorabilia from stars like Elvis and Natalie Wood.

The listing highlights a balance of historical charm with modern luxuries. Guests can unwind in a living space that includes a cozy fireplace and large windows bringing in natural light, while the kitchen boasts state-of-the-art appliances and a breakfast nook.

Notably, there’s a grand cinema room designed to evoke the enchantment of old Hollywood, complete with a fireplace. The upper floor features four bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, while the primary suite offers two bathrooms and an impressive walk-in closet.

Outside, the property features spacious lawns, gardens, and a mosaic-tiled pool. Additionally, there’s a self-contained guest apartment above the garage, which adds to its appeal.

Sharon’s real estate moves also include a West Hollywood condo recently listed for $2.38 million, purchased in 2022 for $2.25 million. Although it’s unclear who is currently in this condo, the Osbournes reportedly haven’t lived there for a while, following their decision to return to the UK.

While Ozzy had expressed a desire to leave the U.S. due to frustrations with life there, mainly citing issues like gun violence, health concerns delayed their plans. Following his death, the family announced his passing in a heartfelt statement, revealing that he was surrounded by loved ones.

The cause of death was detailed in documentation suggesting complications from cardiac arrest, coronary artery disease, and Parkinson’s. Meanwhile, just weeks before, Ozzy had returned to the stage, where he shared his gratitude with fans, marking a poignant moment for the band and its supporters before his passing.
