Seven scientists linked to NASA, Los Alamos, and defense research are dead or missing — Pat Gray responds

Suspicious Deaths of Scientists Spark Conspiracy Theories

In recent years, a series of mysterious deaths and disappearances involving notable American scientists and defense researchers, primarily linked to aerospace, nuclear, and UFO projects, have fueled conspiracy theories.

Talk of cover-ups, possible assassinations, and other unusual theories is becoming more prevalent, catching the attention of mainstream media.

During a recent episode of “Pat Gray Unleashed,” Pat, alongside Keith Marinak and Jeffy, discussed a segment by Fox News host Will Cain. Cain highlighted seven shocking cases and posed a significant question: “Are these incidents connected, or is it merely coincidence?”

Cain presented a list of scientists and defense researchers who have died or vanished under suspicious circumstances:

  • Karl Grillmare: An astrophysicist from the California Institute of Technology involved in NASA projects, was shot dead in his home just two months ago.
  • Frank Maiwald: A senior scientist at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory who died nearly two years ago, with the cause of death still undisclosed.
  • Monica Reza: An aerospace scientist affiliated with NASA/JPL who mysteriously disappeared while hiking in California last summer.
  • William McCasland: A retired Air Force major general and former commander of the Air Force Research Laboratory who had professional ties to Reza regarding funding for her research.
  • Melissa Cassius: An administrator with security clearance at Los Alamos National Laboratory, who has been missing since last summer.
  • Anthony Chavez: A long-standing employee at Los Alamos, who vanished while walking in May 2025.
  • Nuno Loureiro: A plasma and fusion physicist at MIT, shot and killed at his Brookline, Massachusetts home after answering his door in December 2025.

Cain noted the commonalities in the institutions involved—like NASA, Air Force Research, and Los Alamos Laboratory—and asked, “Could there be a connection among these incidents, or are they isolated?”

Pat reacted skeptically, describing the entire scenario as “bizarre.” For his complete insights, you can catch the episode above.
