George Conway, known for his anti-Trump stance, shared his emotional experience related to a donation he made to Joe Biden’s 2024 reelection campaign, amounting to $929,600.

Conway, who is currently running for a House seat in Maryland after the retirement of Democratic Rep. Jerry Nadler, recalled the moment he decided to contribute the maximum legal amount. He reflected on how this money, intended for his children’s future, played a significant role in his decision. He mentioned feeling overwhelmed with emotion while driving to a friend’s house, contemplating how much he should donate.

As he pondered this hefty sum, he realized that he wanted his kids to have a better inheritance than just money—it was about ensuring a democracy for future generations. “I want my children to inherit democracy. That’s more important than the money,” he stated, clearly moved by the thought. He eventually concluded that he would indeed contribute the maximum amount allowed.

In a later appearance on “Morning Joe” in July 2024, Conway presented charts to support his claims about Donald Trump’s mental health. He categorized Trump as a narcissist and noted some DSM criteria for narcissistic personality disorder. He also briefly discussed Trump’s sociopathic tendencies, using definitions to explain this complex behavior.
