Actor Michael B. Jordan has put his Los Angeles home back on the market for $10.49 million, according to reports from Gimme Shelter.

Located in Encino, the modern farmhouse-style residence boasts eight bedrooms and was constructed in 2021, sitting on a half-acre lot framed by oak and cypress trees.

Jordan purchased the property for $12.51 million in 2022, right after it was built, and made some personal changes. So, with the new asking price, it seems he’s willing to take a significant loss to sell.

Jordan, who was named People magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive in 2020, is still one of Hollywood’s most sought-after bachelors.

Like fellow Oscar winner Leonardo DiCaprio, who lost out to Jordan for Best Actor this year, Jordan has a reputation for being charming and often invites his mom as his plus-one to events.

The 39-year-old also leads his production company, Outlier Society. He recently won the Best Actor award at this year’s Oscars for his role as twins Elijah “Smoke” Moore and Elias “Stack” Moore in the film “Sinners,” a project directed, written, and co-produced by Ryan Coogler. Jordan previously directed “Creed” and was involved with “Black Panther,” both co-written by Coogler.

Beginning his career on “All My Children,” Jordan appeared in notable series like “The Wire” and “Friday Night Lights” before transitioning to film. He has plans to direct and star in a remake of “The Thomas Crown Affair,” which will be the second reimagining of the 1968 classic.

The three-story mansion spans 11,599 square feet and features a high-tech security system and an elevator for added convenience.

Entry is through impressive 6-foot-tall pivot doors, leading into spaces characterized by high ceilings and expansive glass walls.

With a grand chef’s kitchen that features custom oak cabinetry and two islands—one of which serves as a breakfast bar—the home is clearly designed for entertaining both indoors and outdoors.

The main suite includes a fireplace, two walk-in closets, a luxurious bath, and outdoor space. Additionally, the lower level houses a projection room, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, and a gym.

On the outdoor grounds, there’s an infinity-edge pool, a spa, a pavilion, and a 1,134-square-foot guesthouse.

Brokers involved in the listing, including Matt and Josh Altman of Douglas Elliman, declined to comment.
