Data breach compensation could exceed $3,500

Comcast Xfinity customers might be entitled to up to $10,000 due to a 2023 data breach, although most will likely see around $50 without any documentation. Claims are due by August 14, 2026.

Borrowers impacted by a 2021 breach involving Lakeview Loan Servicing can claim up to $5,000, with additional benefits possibly available under California’s privacy laws. Deadline for submission is June 22, 2026.

Krispy Kreme customers notified of a 2024 data breach could receive as much as $3,500, while those lacking proof may get around $75, plus one year of free credit monitoring. Submit claims by June 22, 2026.

Shopping-related payments, including for Trader Joe’s

Shoppers who bought beef from 2014 to 2019 might claim a portion of an $87.5 million settlement over allegations that Tyson and Cargill conspired to inflate prices. No receipts are required. Claims must be in by June 30, 2026.

Grubhub drivers in California who’ve completed at least one delivery between January 2019 and January 2026 may see varying compensation based on their work history. Submission deadline is May 12, 2026.
