Newly released footage captures the moment when white supremacist Nick Fuentes pepper-sprayed a Jewish woman, physically assaulted her, and shoved her outside her home.
The disturbing doorbell footage from a November 2024 incident, which led to Fuentes’ arrest, has surfaced this week. The victim, Marla Rose, has opted to withdraw criminal charges against him to pursue a civil suit instead.
In the video that Fuentes audaciously shared on social media for his defense, Rose confronts him at his Illinois residence about some misogynistic remarks he made online.
While Rose attempted to ring the doorbell and recorded herself, Fuentes jumped out and sprayed something in her face.
Just moments later, he was seen pushing her down the front steps, causing her to fall with a distressing thud.
The footage also showed Fuentes taking the woman’s phone and pushing her back as she tried to regain her footing.
After the incident, he was arrested and charged with assault. Eventually, he accepted a plea deal in December, which required him to apologize publicly and complete 75 hours of community service and anger management training.
Rose recently decided to withdraw the criminal charges, stating there was no proof that he had indeed met the terms of the deferred prosecution agreement.
She expressed her anger upon seeing viral footage earlier this year of Fuentes celebrating with far-right figures Andrew and Tristan Tate in a Miami club while listening to Kanye West’s controversial track “Heil Hitler.”
Instead, she is now pursuing a civil lawsuit against him for $10,000.
“I was hoping that by serving others, he might become more thoughtful,” Rose remarked to a local news outlet.
She added, “It’s difficult to articulate, but seeing him go to Miami and dance to a song about exterminating Jews only reinforced my disappointment with the Cook County justice system.”
Ultimately, she hopes her lawsuit will send a message to Fuentes and his many followers that actions can have serious repercussions.
“I want him to understand that he’s responsible for his actions,” she stated.
Meanwhile, Fuentes shared the footage on his “America First” platform, ridiculing the lawsuit.
“She came to the door, I sprayed her. It didn’t work. The pepper spray was probably two or three years old. My parents gave it to me long ago,” he said, reflecting on the incident.
“The attack didn’t have any impact at all. She just absorbed it completely. Then I panicked… so I had to take her in and eliminate her.”
