Sara Gonzales reveals a day care connected to China that is reportedly selling H-1B visas, leading to a lawsuit from the Texas Attorney General.

Criminal Investigation Linked to Daycare Fraud

Recent developments reported by Sarah Gonzalez have escalated into a criminal probe involving a daycare that has sponsored a suspiciously high number of H-1B visas.

The Texas Attorney General, Ken Paxton, referenced Gonzalez’s findings in a statement announcing a lawsuit against Golden Qi Holdings LLC and its owner, Yuan Yao, a citizen of China.

According to the investigation, it appears that Golden and other businesses falsely presented themselves as legitimate to apply for H-1B visas, allegedly selling these to Chinese nationals.

When Gonzalez visited the Allen Infant Care Center, she was surprised to find no sign of children but instead encountered overgrown weeds. A source familiar with the situation claimed that Yao was “selling visas” and that the daycare hadn’t operated as such for a significant period.

The unnamed woman shared that Yao was charging substantial amounts for visas and in return offered little to the applicants, who seemed financially capable of paying around $20,000 for the documents.

“That arrangement, it seems, originated in China,” she informed Gonzalez.

During her confrontation with Yao, he insisted, albeit in broken English, that he was preparing to reopen the daycare and claimed he had done nothing wrong. He even threatened to call the police on Gonzalez if she continued her inquiries.

Afterward, Yao drove off in a striking metallic rose gold BMW.

Gonzalez also noted that the company had taken out two Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans for amounts of $51,000 and $54,000, both of which were forgiven. She expressed concerns about the apparent presence of a behavioral center for autism that doesn’t seem to be operational.

“What troubles me is that a daycare would claim it needs positions like a ‘market research analyst’ or a ‘supply chain analyst,’” Gonzalez remarked.

Paxton emphasized his office’s commitment to preventing illegal entry of foreign nationals into the U.S. “This is a warning for anyone contemplating fraud within the H-1B visa program,” he stated. “I am determined to ensure that this program benefits the American public, not foreign interests, and that offenders are prosecuted fully.”

Gonzalez expressed gratitude to Paxton for his swift action on her findings.
